OPTIONS faculty and staff are at the foundation of its success with young adults who have complex learning disabilities.
OPTIONS holistic program focuses on the combined social, emotional, academic and vocational effects of a learning disability. OPTIONS students often have complex diagnoses affecting their performance across a wide spectrum of life’s endeavors. OPTIONS recognizes that the combined effects of these issues can impede success, creating social and psychological implications. OPTIONS offers direct instruction and support for students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, social skills deficits, non-verbal learning disabilities, executive functioning issues, auditory processing disorder, processing speed deficits and expressive and/or receptive language disorders. OPTIONS staff are members of a cohesive team that works to assist all OPTIONS students in gaining tools for independence.
