Monitored Student Internships
Students’ progress and performance are regularly assessed by the OPTIONS Vocational Counselors. The counselors also ensure that the community partners feel the relationships are successful. Internship Performance Reviews and other communications allow the OPTIONS team and students to further refine skills according to internship site needs.
To best ensure success, OPTIONS strives to increase each student’s job duties as competency is demonstrated.
