Kristin Glenn serves as Director of Student Services at OPTIONS, leading the clinical and student support systems within a structured post-secondary transition program for students with learning disabilities. Since joining OPTIONS in 2009, she has played a central role in ensuring that students receive comprehensive, individualized support across academic, vocational, and independent living domains.
As a licensed clinical professional counselor and board-certified art therapist, Kristin oversees the coordination of mental health services, student wellness, and interdisciplinary support planning. Her work ensures that each student’s emotional, behavioral, and social needs are addressed alongside their academic and independent living goals—an essential component of long-term success in a transition to adulthood.
Kristin collaborates closely with internal team members and external providers to create a cohesive, team-based support system. This integrated approach allows students to receive consistent guidance across all environments, helping them build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to navigate challenges independently.
With a holistic, student-centered philosophy, Kristin ensures that support is both structured and responsive to individual needs. Her leadership reflects the OPTIONS model—where clinical support, skill development, and real-world application are fully aligned to help each student achieve their highest level of independence.
