Monica Spiegel brings advanced training in counseling and vocational development to her role at OPTIONS, supporting young adults as they transition from high school into independent adulthood. Working within the program’s integrated academic and vocational model, Monica guides students in developing essential workplace skills such as communication, responsibility, task completion, and professional behavior. Her approach emphasizes real-world application, ensuring students are prepared not just to secure employment, but to maintain and grow within it over time.
Monica also supports students through individualized vocational planning and hands-on experiences, including internships and community-based work opportunities.
